Coach Keith Kormanik (Baltimore Metro/Gilman School) is a certified personal trainer who has served as Gilman School's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for 14 years. Keith was a 1991 graduate of Gilman School where he was a two time All Metro football and baseball player. He was also selected to the Big 33 Football Game and the Crown All-Star and All-State baseball teams. In 1991 Keith was the Towson Times Athlete of the Year. Upon graduating from Gilman School Keith received a football scholarship to Boston College where he graduated in 1996. Keith also serves on Gilman's varsity football and baseball staffs.
Mark McCain (Prince Georges County/DeMatha Catholic High School) is a certified personal trainer and the President of Elite Star Performance. Mark is a former NFL player who believes in providing structured academic, cultural, social, and athletic leadership programs for primary and secondary students. Mark focuses on teaching student athletes the superior professional and technical skills needed to become outstanding athletes and future leaders. Specifically, Mark conducts workshops, academic training, skill training, and athletic programs, in addition to providing experiential learning opportunities for students and student-athletes.
Robert Jackson (Loudoun County/Loudoun Country Day School) is a certified personal trainer and president of Amazing Athletes, Inc. Roberts programs are specifically designed around providing every child with meaningful active learning experiences that focus on their WHOLE development. Robert uses who use age-appropriate equipment to instruct children in the basic fundamentals and mechanics of nine different sports. At the core of each of his sessions are developmental sports lessons with a focus on achieving motordevelopment goals and milestones. Also incorporated into his classes are activities designed to improve hand-eye coordination, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, and speed & agility.
Jimmie Parker (Montgomery County/Landon) started his career in 8th grade at Piccowaxen Middle School in Newburg, MD, when he was 6'3″ tall at 13 years old! Unfortunately, he was cut from the team even though he was a foot taller than anybody else in the school. He went on to play JV basketball at McDonough High School in Pomfret, MD, where he played in two games on a team that won 4 out of 20 that year! After working extremely hard on skills, conditioning and weight training he became one of the top players in the country and was awarded the first Division I scholarship out of the Southern Maryland Athletic Conference to play his college basketball at Drexel University. Jimmie is an Assistant Varsity Basketball coach at The Landon School for Boys in Bethesda MD, and a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the program.
Troy Jones (Alternate Locations) has worked as an athletic trainer for more than 15 years. He is the owner of Training Zone Sports in Eldersburg. He is now training over 100 athletes, ranging from figure skaters to football players, basketball players and lacrosse players. He trains free agents for the NFL, college stars, and even members of sports leagues in Europe. Though even from the beginning he was achieving success and doing what he loved, Jones knew that there was stillroom for improvement.
Brian Bell (Prince George's County/DeMatha Catholic HS) is a former student-athlete who excelled in the classroom and on the football field. He attended DeMatha Catholic High School, Kent State University, and was also on the practice squad with the Washington Redskins during their 2007 season. Brian is now a Certified Sports Performance Trainer, Personal Trainer, and Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach at DeMatha Catholic High School. Brian has and continues to train athletes from numerous sports, primarily football, to reach their goals of getting faster, stronger, and more powerful. He has worked with all age ranges starting at the youth level up to the professional level.

Teddy Willsey (Training Coordinator) is a certified strength and conditioning
coach, and personal trainer in the Washington D.C. area. Focusing on functional
movement, athletic performance, fundamental movement patterns, and injury
prevention, Teddy designs unique programs tailor fitted to each specific athlete
or sport team he works with. Teddy has gained real world experience studying
under NFL and Division 1 Collegiate Football Strength and Conditioning coaches
at the University of Pittsburgh, Physical Therapists at Suburban and National
Rehabilitation Hospital, and as an employee of Elite Athlete Training Services.
Having worked with a variety of clients, ranging from middle school to
professional athletes, Teddy’s training methodologies are battle tested and
proven to be highly effective.
Teddy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of
Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through
the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a certified sports
performance coach through United States Olympic Weightlifting Organization
(USAW). Teddy has also been an instructor for First Aid/CPR and a volunteer for
after school athletic programs at the Pittsburgh Boys and Girls Club.
